Service Description

Through guided dialogue, somatic practice. we'll explore the intersections of identity, the weight and wounds of inherited roles, and the quiet longing for something more meaningful — in our work, our relationships, and ourselves. This group is offered on a sliding scale to support access while honoring the value of the work. Choose the fee that best reflects your overall financial reality, including income, assets, and obligations. (There are other ways to think about your financial status. For example, are you able to take vacations? Do you eat out at restaurants? Do you have generational wealth that was passed onto you from your parents or other relatives?)
